This Privacy Notice outlines how we handle information gathered from users residing in California (“Consumers” as per the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"), referred to as “you” here). Any terms defined in the CCPA carry the same meaning in this Privacy Notice. When you access the Installation Platform, we gather specific information related to that usage. This information comprises “Personal Information” as defined by the CCPA, which includes any details that can identify, relate to, describe, reference, or could reasonably be connected, either directly or indirectly, to a specific consumer, household, or device, as outlined in the table below.

When doing so, we establish a contract that outlines the purpose of the disclosure and mandates that the recipient maintain the confidentiality of that Personal Information and limit its use solely to fulfilling the terms of the contract.

  • As explained to you during the collection of your Personal Information or as specified in the CCPA.

We will not gather additional categories of Personal Information or utilize the information we collected for significantly different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without notifying you.

In the last twelve (12) months, we have not sold any Personal Information.
